Requirements
5–8 years of experience in financial services or investment management, with exposure to private markets, securities, and limited offerings preferred.
Proven people manager with experience leading and developing teams, providing day-to-day oversight, prioritization, and escalation support.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and legal frameworks supporting investment products and services.
Client-facing experience with the ability to manage complex inquiries, build trusted relationships, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

The Alternatives Client Services (ACS) team provides end-to-end support for BlackRock’s private market investment offerings, including hedge funds, private credit, private equity, infrastructure, and
This role sits within Product Lifecycle & Investor Servicing and is based in the Seattle office.
As subject matter experts, ACS partners closely with the business to deliver strong
client experience across the product lifecycle, including investor onboarding for custom and commingled products, ongoing investor servicing and maintenance, report distribution, and Transfer Agency oversight.
