Data Center Security Manager

You will serve as the on-site security leader for a large-scale data center campus currently under construction, reporting directly to the VP of Data Center Security.

This role is responsible for building and maturing site-level security operations, supporting construction-to-operations readiness, and helping establish the processes, partnerships, and operational standards required to support a growing campus environment.

As a leader in the organization, this individual will operate with a high degree of ownership while partnering closely with executive leadership, construction teams, site operations, and external service providers.

This role operates within a mission-critical infrastructure environment where reliability, operational readiness, and strong cross-functional coordination are essential to maintaining the security and continuity of data center operations.

5+ years of experience managing security operations, vendors, or service providers within data center, critical infrastructure, or other mission-critical environments

5+ years of experience leading operational programs or projects across complex facilities or technical environments

Program Buildout & Strategy

Build and operationalize the physical security program at the site level from construction through steady-state operations

Collaborate with the VP of Data Center Security and cross-functional partners to develop and refine site-specific policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures

Help establish scalable operating frameworks, readiness measures, and site security standards that support campus expansion and long-term growth

Construction Integration & Site Development

Collaborate with construction, engineering, and technology teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into site development
