Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
8+ years of progressive experience in facilities, real estate, or capital project management roles, preferably in a fintech, technology, or financial services setting;
Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous capital projects across diverse geographies;
Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, capital planning, and cost control;
Proven expertise in program and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification is a plus);
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar);
Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Support VP and Regional Directors in planning, execution, and delivery of global facilities and real estate projects, including office buildouts, relocations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
Establish project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with business and regional stakeholders
Implement consistent project management methodologies, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability
Facilitate communication across functions—IT, HR, Security, Finance—to ensure full alignment of project deliverables
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving conflicts and dependencies to maintain progress
