Requirements

7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience or client-facing relationship management is a plus)

A track record of building and scaling influencer programs, not just executing them

Experience managing or mentoring a team

Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders or C-suite executives

Strong understanding of creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and evolve influencer strategies that align with broader client business objectives, bringing a POV on where the creator economy is headed and how clients can stay ahead.

Campaign Oversight & Execution:

Help lead day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns including brief development, contract negotiation, content approvals, timeline management, and performance tracking

Creator Partnerships:

Research, vet, and build relationships with creators based on strategy, audience alignment, content quality, and performance metrics
