1–2 years of warehouse, inventory control, or cycle count experience preferred.

Experience working with a WMS, SAP, or similar inventory system.

Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory management and the integrity of warehouse operations.

In this role, you will perform scheduled cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and work closely with Operations, Quality, and Inventory Control teams to identify and resolve issues.

You will also help maintain proper inventory records, labeling, and product accuracy while contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse environment.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts based on A, B, and C SKU classifications.

Physically count inventory and compare quantities against WMS/SAP system records.

Research inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
