Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Deep expertise in audience strategy, creative testing, and conversion optimization
Proven track record driving B2B lead generation (demo and/or self-serve signup motions)
Experience managing and scaling meaningful budgets with efficiency constraints
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution frameworks
Ability to operate as a senior IC with full ownership of strategy and execution
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management of Meta Ads campaigns, focused on qualified lead generation and pipeline impact
Execute daily optimizations across budgets, bid strategies, audiences, placements, and creative
Lead creative testing strategy (hooks, formats, messaging, offers) in close partnership with design and content teams
Build and iterate on full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, and conversion) to capture and create demand
Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and unlock growth opportunities
Improve conversion rates through better ad-to-landing page alignment and funnel optimization
