Requirements

7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in at least one of: Haskell, Rust, C++, or Go

Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines

Experience working with systems that integrate hardware output with software services — you understand the boundary between embedded and application layers

Comfort working across the stack — backend is your strength, but you can contribute to frontend work when the problem calls for it

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build the services and interfaces that connect EW systems to the people and platforms that use them.

Our electronic warfare products generate rich data about the electromagnetic environment — your job is to build the software that moves that data from the system, through backend services, and into the C2 platforms and operator interfaces where it drives decisions.

This role sits at the boundary between our embedded systems and the rest of the world.

You'll build backend services that ingest, transform, and route data from EW platforms.

You'll define APIs and integration points with Lattice OS and external C2 systems.

And you'll work across the stack into the UI layer when needed, ensuring that what operators see is accurate, performant, and useful in high-stakes environments.

Team

Anduril's Electronic Warfare (EW) division builds next-generation electronic warfare platforms — hardware-enabled, software-defined systems that are fielded, operational, and scaling fast. The EW team operates at a tempo the defense industry isn't used to: delivering novel system configurations into active operations in days, not months, and iterating based on direct operator feedback from the field. Production is scaling from hundreds to thousands of units, and the software systems that connect these platforms to operators and command-and-control networks are scaling with them.
