Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.

Team Operations & Coaching:

Oversee proposal timelines and resources for your pod, ensuring effective project management and successful delivery of client initiatives.

Participate in recruitment efforts and onboard new team members to support the organization’s growth and evolving demands.

Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives that equip team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to evolving industry trends and technological advancements.

Developing integrated marketing strategies that leverage a mix of channels, platforms, and tactics to effectively reach and engage the target audience while aligning with client objectives.

Working with Clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success.
