As a key member of the Maintenance Team, the Baggage Handling System Technician Helper plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our baggage handling systems within the Calgary Airport.

This role involves both electrical and mechanical maintenance work, performed under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor and in collaboration with the Shift BHS Technician.

Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Actively monitor system operations to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Respond promptly to major stoppages, minimizing downtime and maintaining system flow.

Ensure the effectiveness of the system through diligent quality control and adherence to best practices.
