1 year of office or warehouse experience

Additional Information:

This position requires driving regularly as part of the job responsibilities either using a company, personal, or rental vehicle. Employees must maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere to Arkana's Vehicle Operations Policy. Driving records will be monitored and any policy violations may result in disciplinary action. Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) will be checked before hire, periodically during employment, and as needed.

Maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of specialized kit supply

Prepare and maintain kits for shipping within clients’ specified turnaround time

Respond to clients in a timely manner and answer calls as necessary

Collaborate with Arkana staff through various applications to receive and fulfill kit orders

Create detailed and accurate commercial invoices for international shipments

Create return labels with required documentation for incoming shipments, as needed
