The right person will own the intake, evaluation, debug, escalation, communications, and tracking of reported incidents.

The user base supported by this role is primarily manufacturing engineers and senior manufacturing technicians.

Support case duration and technical complexity will range widely.

Serve as the critical bridge between production operations and digital manufacturing systems (PLM/ERP/MES), identifying and resolving software issues that impact production efficiency.
