Requirements
To be hired into this role, you must have:
Required Registered Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the CNO (BScN preferred)
Required at least 1 year in Long Term Care and 3 years of experience in a healthcare managerial or managerial capacity, preferably in Long Term Care setting
Required demonstration of leadership and communication skills
Preferred Post-RN education in Adult Training or 3 years’ relevant experience in adult training
Preferred specialized training in Infection Control, Quality Management, or Wound Care is preferred
