Compensation & Benefits
$23.00 \u2013 $24.50 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
Responsibilities
\u2022 Greet and engage prospects and residents, delivering a high level of customer service
\u2022 Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies
\u2022 Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
\u2022 Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
