Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer manufacturing facilities.

Experience with industrial automation, robotics, welding, or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned manufacturing customers following implementation.

Partner with customer production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize the performance and utilization of Path's robotic welding systems.

Collaborate closely with Deployment, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve production challenges and improve system performance.

Coordinate customer production planning and operational priorities to ensure successful adoption of Path's technology.

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows, increase system uptime, and drive operational efficiencies.

Gather customer feedback and operational insights to influence product improvements and future development.
