As our Returns Specialist, you'll run the Pick-Up Request process that turns a customer return into a tracked, resolved, accurately recorded transaction across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce.

You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, and our contract manufacturer's operations in Newark, working daily with carriers and vendors to keep returns moving and the data behind them clean.

Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, keeping customer return requests moving accurately and on schedule.

Keep return data in sync across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce so operations, reporting, and inventory all tell the same story.

Resolve return issues — incorrect shipments, missing parts, customer questions — acting as the point person between logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams.

Turn return trend and root-cause data into concrete process improvements that cut cycle time and reduce errors.
