National Manager of Equipment & Fleet

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.

10-15+ years of fleet or equipment management experience, ideally within construction or electrical constructing

Experience leading large, multi-state fleet operations with responsibility for capital assets, maintenance programs, and logistics.

Proven leadership managing teams.

The National Manager of Equipment & Fleet is a senior strategic and operational leader responsible for the direction, performance, and lifecycle management of the company’s national fleet, heavy equipment, and specialty electrical construction assets. This role oversees all aspects of procurement, maintenance, logistics, utilization, safety, and financial performance of a large, distributed asset portfolio across multiple states.

This position has full authority over staffing models, operator requirements, productivity expectations, and process design for mechanics, drivers, operators, and yard personnel. This leader will build a modern, data-driven fleet organization built on efficiency, cost control, and high levels of field support.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive national fleet and equipment strategy aligned with operational, financial, and growth objectives.

Establish standardized processes for procurement, maintenance, replacement cycles, and equipment deployment across all regions.
