Responsibilities

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and help fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping the hiring strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines as we scale rapidly.

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies.

Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms.

Build and maintain talent mapping and pipelines for key roles and future needs.
