Online Learning Specialist

Experience in educational technology administration, technical training, and designing content and user experiences within a Learning Management System or other type of online educational platform (ideally Brightspace).

Experience managing and coaching individuals and teams on using digital tools for learning, instruction, or course building preferred.

Experience providing instructional design support across modalities (i.e. face-to-face, hybrid and online courses) preferred.

$58/hr

The Online Learning Specialist supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of SEO Scholars' digital learning environment.

As a member of the Curriculum & Instruction Online Learning team, this role helps ensure that online courses, educational technology platforms, and digital learning resources are effectively developed, maintained, and delivered to support high-quality instruction.

Working closely with the Assistant Director of Online Learning and cross-functional partners, the Online Learning Specialist manages learning management system administration, supports course development and quality assurance, creates training resources, and provides technical support for instructors and staff.

This role plays an important part in creating accessible, engaging, and equitable online learning experiences while helping to streamline processes and enhance the effective use of educational technology across the organization.
