Senior Restaurant Business Partner (Remote)

4+ years experience partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts; experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.

Track record of success building strong internal and external relationships and rapport, delivering business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and creative problem solving.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners; expertise using analytical tooling (eg, Tableau, Sigma, Excel).

Strategic Partnership & Relationship Management

Establish rapport and build trust with contacts at all levels within a portfolio of ezCater’s enterprise restaurant partners.

Understand and translate each partner’s unique business to the ezCater opportunity, creating and implementing strategies for exceptional customer experiences and shared growth.

Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable direction for stakeholders from C-level decision makers to individual store managers, building alignment and accountability throughout the partner organization.

Analytics, Insights & Operational Expertise

Lead as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics, as well as partner-specific nuances that may impact metrics (e.g., integrations, corporate structure, etc.)
