You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a STEM field

As an Operations Associate focused on partnerships, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our pharmacy network from a handful of partners to thousands, directly impacting the healthcare industry's evolution. You will work with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and growth to ensure successful partner integration and optimize logistics, enhancing service levels and the patient experience. Additionally, you will dive deep into data, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to executives to guide strategic decisions and drive network growth.

Onboard new sellers onto our platform

Maintain highly accurate trackers of performance, growth, and communications

Create dashboards, spreadsheets, Powerpoint decks, SQL queries, and python scripts, leveraging skills in researching data to tell stories that enable executives to make strategic decisions
