5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support roles supporting live environments.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational health of Forescout\u2019s cloud platforms and customer-facing services across both commercial and federal (FedRAMP/FastRAMP) environments.

This role combines cloud operations, incident response, and product support. You will work directly with external federal customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Engineering, and account managers to resolve issues, support deployments, and ensure customer success.
