Requirements

7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, project development, account management, or related customer-facing roles involving industrial products, HVAC systems, engineered solutions, or mechanical systems.

Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while achieving revenue growth objectives.

Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, pipeline development, forecasting, and business performance reporting.

Solid understanding of HVAC and Domestic Water systems.

Ability to provide technical insight into Watts products, solutions, and applications with a strong understanding of industry concepts and practices.

Experience in B2B sales and business development.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $131K- $144K yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new customers and business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry engagement, strategic partnerships, and targeted market development activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineering firms, contractors, manufacturers, representatives, and other key industry stakeholders to generate project opportunities and long-term business growth.

Conduct customer visits, facility assessments, presentations, and discovery meetings to identify customer challenges and recommend value-based solutions.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, presentations, budgets, and business cases designed to address customer needs and support project objectives.

Visit customer sites to evaluate mechanical systems and identify opportunities for engineered solutions, developing preliminary engineering concepts as needed.

Negotiate business terms and facilitate agreements that support project success, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth objectives.
