Automotive Franchise Operator / Fixed Operations Director | Up to $150k* & Weekends Off | Greater Chicago

Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management

Strong history of building teams and restoring struggling shops.

Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills

Strong customer service focus

Ability to effectively lead and manage service manager/writer position
