Responsibilities

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for managing Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in assigned markets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in oncology nursing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and operational leaders.

This role blends administrative duties with direct patient care.

Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), including performance evaluations, competency assessments, and training on new workflows to ensure consistent high-quality care in assigned markets/clinics.

Provide direct care to patients, as needed, to ensure adequate staffing levels and patient access.

Partner with Nursing leadership to interview, select, onboard, and mentor nursing teammates.
