At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $128,000-$155,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.

Responsibilities
Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team — someone who combines sharp financial instincts with the interpersonal skills to influence a fast-moving organization.
In this role, you'll partner with business leaders across the company to understand performance, evaluate investments, and help shape our path to sustainable growth and increased profitability.
You'll need to be technically excellent — superb modeling skills and comfort getting deep in the data details are baseline expectations.
Build and maintain complex financial models and reports in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles
Conduct ROI analyses to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities
