Responsibilities
Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management and project managers – i.e.
project profitability, opportunities for additional billings, remaining backlog available for projects
Respond to client requests and interface with clients to investigate project variances, all project expenses not billed to customers, and unpaid contract billings
Create and close out opportunities and projects in NetSuite and Box.com as appropriate.
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders (primarily in Box.com).
Create, review and/or approve: subcontractor invoices related to projects, all project-related billings to customers, write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers.
