Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for seeing projects through from concept to final delivery across Experiential, AV, Digital, Social and Print/OOH.

They will engage key stakeholders appropriately through the process, build and manage timelines and budgets, interface directly and regularly with clients, and ensure the on time, on strategy and on budget delivery of all projects.

Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project

Act as a point of contact for client across workstreams in coordination with Account Management

Manage teams through all phases of concepting, creative development and design, QC, and final deliveries

With support from Head of Project Management, handle internal billing and invoicing processes

Create and manage internal and external master project calendars

With input from your creative team and and Head of Project Management, create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, track, and re-calibrate project schedules, production calendars based on client briefs, client feedback, and project status and deliverables trackers

With support from Head of Project Management, handle internal billing and invoicing processes
