We are looking for a Lead Art Owner/Art Producer to manage a team of Art Owners supporting World of Tanks game production.

This role combines people management, resource planning, production coordination, and process improvement to ensure the AO team operates effectively and the art pipeline runs smoothly.

Lead Art Owner/Art Producer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - Art Direction, Art Management, Production, Project Management, and Design.

Lead Art Owner/Art Producer will oversee workload, balance scope against capacity, support delivery planning, grow team capability, and drive cross-functional alignment.

This role requires a strong understanding of art production, excellent communication skills, and an openness to innovation, including AI-driven workflow improvements.

Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and manage performance through quarterly/annual goals and regular reviews.
