In this role, you\u2019ll perform a wide range of mechanical maintenance and welding activities to ensure critical water infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Reporting to the Manager, WTP Maintenance Process, you\u2019ll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment supporting essential services for the City of Edmonton.

Performing scheduled, corrective, and improvement maintenance on mechanical equipment within an operating water treatment facility

Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing pumps, valves, compressors, motors, and chemical feed equipment

Disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment and machinery components

Completing alignment and condition monitoring using laser alignment and ultrasound analysis tools
