Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Evaluate responses to treatment and modify the treatment plan to achieve established goals.

Monitoring care plan and adding detailed documentation with any changes and updates

Responding to all emergency situations

Nice to have:

Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license

Pay  $21.00 per hour

4% Vacation Pay on every pay

The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide full scope of services to patients and defined needs, and/or predictable outcomes. Evaluate information from patients and other sources, and work with complex needs.
