Experience planning and working with people in programs of all ages;

Strong interpersonal communication skills;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Competent with technology;

Able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision;

Obtain a clear vulnerable sector police check;

Research ideas for programs, establish themes and organize support materials;

Plan and execute programs for school aged children;

Identify, contact, and partner with community organizations;

Evaluate completed programs and prepare reports as directed;

Promote library services and programs;

Prepare and follow a specific summer program budget;
