Client Delivery - Vice President

10+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, program leadership, or professional services within SaaS, technology, financial services, or a similarly complex environment

Proven success leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios with accountability for scope, timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and business outcomes

Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders, communicate clearly, guide decision-making, and lead productive conversations around priorities and trade-offs

Demonstrated ability to manage scope, establish governance, hold stakeholders accountable, and maintain delivery discipline while preserving strong client relationships

Experience diagnosing complex delivery challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing practical, scalable solutions across teams and client engagements

Experience partnering with product teams to translate client needs, implementation feedback, and recurring themes into actionable product insights and prioritization inputs

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. iCapital is looking to hire a Client Delivery Vice President to join the Annuities Platform team.

This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of client implementations and ongoing client delivery portfolios.

This individual serves as a senior client-facing leader accountable for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational discipline.

This role will lead delivery teams across multiple concurrent engagements, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear, risks are addressed early, and commitments are met.

This leader will bring strong executive presence, sound judgment, and a structured approach to solving complex delivery challenges while continuously improving the processes, practices, and operating models that support scalable client delivery.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who can build trusted client relationships, guide decision-making, and maintain accountability across teams while balancing client value, delivery quality, commercial impact, and long-term scalability.
