Sr. Web Developer, Marketing

8-10+ years of experience building and maintaining modern web applications, with significant experience in frontend or full-stack web engineering

Proven experience operating at a Staff or Senior+ level, owning architecture and influencing across teams

Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js or similar)

Deep understanding of web performance and edge infrastructure, including experience with caching, security, traffic management, and global delivery at scale

Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices for large-scale sites

Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentstack, Storyblok, or other CMS)

Architect and evolve a scalable web platform that enables fast execution, reliable releases, and high-quality user experiences

Lead development of complex, high-impact web initiatives including product launches, core page rebuilds, and experimentation frameworks

Establish and maintain technical standards, patterns, and best practices for frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and SEO

Partner closely with Growth teams to enable CRO, experimentation, analytics, and personalization

Collaborate with content teams to support scalable content workflows (e.g., Sanity-based CMS, localization pipelines, AI-assisted content)

Proactively identify and address technical debt, reliability risks, and performance bottlenecks
