Responsibilities

You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical roles and help drive our company’s continued growth and success.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
