Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR 5+ years of equivalent experience
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Demonstrated understanding and application of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
Familiarity with Human Machine Interface (HMI) concepts in a manufacturing context.
Proficiency in Lockout Tagout procedures and industrial safety standards.
Expertise in Process Engineering, including process optimization and analysis.

The Spare Coordinator at General Motors LLC will be responsible for optimizing the availability and management of spare parts to support manufacturing operations, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production processes.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure new components are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and serviceability, impacting spare parts requirements.
