Transaction Coordinator

5+ years of real estate activity in this market

Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in California and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in California (SFAR, PRDS, and Local Area Disclosures)

In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance

DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM

Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data

The base pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
