Requirements
12+ years of progressive leadership in global logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, ideally within a high-growth marketplace or manufacturing environment.
Deep functional knowledge of international trade law, HSS/HTS classification, and global customs brokerage management.
Proven track record of negotiating high-value contracts with major global carriers and 3PLs.
Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams to integrate logistics data into a digital marketplace platform.
A leader who can pivot from a board-room strategy to solving a critical customs delay in a high-stakes moment.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $223,000 - $250,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. Responsibilities
Strategic Network Development
Future-Proofing the Network:
Design and execute a multi-year global logistics roadmap that anticipates Xometry’s growth and shifting manufacturing hubs.
Carrier Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with global, regional, and last-mile carriers to ensure redundant and resilient capacity.
Optimization:
