Requirements

Demonstrated experience with both the instructional design and development of multi-channel (i.e., facilitator-led, eLearning, virtual synchronous or asynchronous, role plays, simulations, games, videos, job aid, blended, other digital) solutions in alignment with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

10+ years' experience in adult learning, instructional design, and development of interactive, blended learning solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $98,000 + bonus + benefits, non-overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location. Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with HR Strategic Business Partners and senior leaders to identify and prioritize learning needs, conduct skills assessments, and recommend learning solutions to address knowledge gaps and performance-related challenges.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with all PCC teams to understand business goals, prioritize tasks, and ensure content accuracy and quality.

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive learning programs, including eLearning courses, virtual and traditional instructor-led training, performance support tools, and other educational materials.

Align curriculum development projects with business goals and software release cycles.

Utilize advanced instructional design principles and methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.
