Responsibilities

As a

Program Director

, you'll play a pivotal role in providing progressive and goal-oriented supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. You'll have the opportunity to lead with compassion, creativity, and dedication, ensuring that our programs meet the unique needs of each individual.

What You'll Do

Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, budget oversight, and service delivery for a high-needs adult day program

Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals
