Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as journey mapping, persona development, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing

Support or participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, UX audits (including AI-readiness evaluations), user testing and research synthesis

Contribute to information architecture, including content hierarchies, structured content planning, and navigation strategy

Create key UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes

Contribute to the design of AI-informed experiences, including prompt journeys, GPT discovery flows, and conversational interfaces

Design conversion-focused experiences, including eCommerce flows, PLPs/PDPs, and filtering or cart functionality
