Compensation & Benefits
$110,000 to $130,000
annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonus and equity.

Responsibilities
Gradial is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to lead experiences that bring our brand to life
.
You’ll lead in-person and virtual events that build pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and create meaningful touchpoints with customers and prospects.
This is a hands-on role with real visibility across the business and strong cross-functional partnership with marketing, sales and leadership. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into well executed programs, including field events, customer dinners, partner webinars and industry activations. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, logistics, and execution, and excited by the pace of a high-growth startup.
Own the planning and execution of company-hosted and partner-led events across the U.S and EMEA.
