Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

10-15 years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations — ideally in SaaS, subscription, or hybrid SaaS/hardware environments.

Responsibilities

As the

Director, Deal Enablement

at Axon, you will be a key enabler of the company’s commercial excellence — ensuring that our deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently to support optimal customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance, profitability, and supporting go to market objectives.

You’ll establish and manage the day-to-day operations of deal enablement for sales to our major account customers, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process.

You will also lead the domestic deal enablement team, helping implement the function across Axon, supporting various sales segments.  You will help create an outstanding support model for our Domestic Sales teams.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of SaaS and hardware-based commercial models. You’ll be at the intersection of process, policy, and partnership — helping Axon scale with discipline while delivering an exceptional customer and internal sales experience.
