Requirements
At least 2 years of technical support experience with electro-mechanical systems
Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot industrial systems

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for electrical, mechanical, and PLC/software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems remotely and occasionally onsite
Support field service engineers and customers with diagnostics and solutions
Assist with spare parts identification, quotes, and order support
Manage warranty and claim cases, ensuring clear communication and resolution
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
