HR Systems Analyst

3+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms in an organization with +5,000 employees.

Experience managing HR systems across a variety of modules, including Talent Management, HCM, Compensation and L&D.

Experience with end-to-end HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.

Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting.

Experience with Business Intelligence systems like PowerBI or Looker.
