This 12-month term offers an opportunity for an experienced implementation leader to step into ownership of Assent’s Implementation Services function and lead a high-performing team responsible for onboarding new customers to the platform. This role is well suited to someone who thinks in systems, brings deep hands-on implementation expertise, and is motivated by the opportunity to refine how onboarding works as we grow. With the autonomy to assess what’s working, strengthen the team’s operating model, and shape the processes and tools that support customer onboarding, this leader will play an important role in elevating how we deliver value to customers from day one.

The Manager of Implementation Consulting, a multifaceted team of Implementation Consultants, responsible for delivering our services to customers on their purchased solution, successful implementation of Assent’s software working with our customers to define and execute on their project plans from start to finish. This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly merge the responsibilities of promoting an excellent customer engagement experience while managing day-to-day operations. They will help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and service orientation within the Implementation Consulting team.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

▸ Manage the day-to-day operations of the Implementation Consulting team, including recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and engaging consultants to raise the bar for customer success and satisfaction.

▸ Anticipate, plan, and manage the transition of customer accounts between Implementation Consultants to optimize satisfaction and workloads.

▸ Supports Implementation Consultants to manage the initial onboarding process, specifically focused on understanding client goals, their business, their data, and ensures quality of product configuration for clients

Hybrid Work Model

For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, Pune and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office 1-3 days a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.
