Salary: $72,485 - $83,178

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for the management of the school\u2019s core business functions - accounting, HR, facilities and technology - as well as managing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the front office, including maintaining a pristine office space and welcoming and directing current and prospective families, students and guests. The BOM is a multi-talented leader who maintains and optimizes school systems, owns and is accountable for key school and campus processes like procurement and facilities maintenance, and partners with the Director of School Operations and School Leader to ensure our schools are well-run, fully compliant and financially secure.

The Business Operations Manager reports to the Director of School Operations and works closely with the Regional Operations, Accounting, HR, Facilities and Technology teams, the School Operations team, and School Leadership.
