Requirements

Responsibilities
The position could possibly be based in Michigan, Ohio or anywhere in the greater Chicago area. The position will conduct research and analysis on a wide variety of due diligence and other investigations. The successful candidate joins a rapidly growing consulting firm and will report directly to the Director of Investigations for our high- volume, due diligence practice. They will also collaborate with the entire Investigations Practice and the Communications Department, as well as subject matter experts across the firm.
Compare self-reported information with other records
Develop relationships with document retrieval companies
Create and maintain detailed descriptions of investigative searches and methods
Understand database coverage gaps
Search for, identify and review criminal records, civil lawsuits, press reports and public data
