Senior Instructional Designer

Instructional Design Expertise:

Proven experience designing technical learning content for SaaS, automation, or AI products.

Ability to quickly learn and design learning content around complex technical concepts (AI agents, knowledge bases, APIs, data orchestration).

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Design evaluation mechanisms to capature data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

At least 6+ years of instructional design experience, including curriculum development, e-learning, and multimedia content creation.

Senior Instructional Designer

, you will own the creation of highly engaging, technically accurate learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams deepen their mastery of Workato’s Orchestrate and Agentic capabilities.

You will leverage advanced instructional design skills and product domain knowledge to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and actionable learning content, supporting the adoption and effective use of Workato.

Develop and maintain learning paths, courses, and microlearning modules focused on Workato products (e.g.
