Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college, or equivalent experience (preferably in a numerical field).
Entry-level experience or a strong interest in a measurement, market research, or data-based role.
Ability to manage your own time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Interest in or exposure to measuring Brand Awareness campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A basic understanding of what data points can be collected in a digital campaign and how they should be analyzed.

Responsibilities
Analytics & Innovation
Media Performance Analysis: Based on client briefs define key questions for evaluating campaign performance, propose measurement strategies and evaluate media performance against primary KPIs to understand the why and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
Campaign Review & Insights: Contribute to the development of campaign reviews and help inform strategy with clear, insightful data based on measurement outcomes.
Measurement Tools: Develop proficiency in primary measurement tools such as brand lift studies and common methodologies, conversion lift studies.
Analytical Skills: Handle routine analytical tasks effectively and work toward a solid understanding A/B testing for Brand Impact (brand lift studies) and performance (conversion lift studies). Work with the broader analytics team to adopt new methods and techniques.
