CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPM, APICS/CPIM, PMP, or Six Sigma — held or actively pursued.

Print, publishing, binding, or packaging industry sourcing experience

Prior carve-out, divestiture, or joint-venture stand-up experience

Experience sourcing technology and business-systems categories in addition to direct manufacturing materials

Compensation:

2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan.

Director, Global Sourcing

Sourcing Strategy & Category Management —

Stand up the joint venture's sourcing operating model; build category strategies for direct materials (paper, ink/toner, binding, packaging, etc) and indirect spend (freight/postage, facilities, tech hardware, tech software/business systems, professional services, etc); establish spend visibility where none previously existed as a standalone entity.

Procurement Policy —

Stand up the joint venture's sourcing policies, approval authorities, etc.
